Can I Have My Order the Next Day?

If your order is urgent, we will always try our best to despatch it on the same day it is placed.

Whether this is possible will depend on:

• The product required

• Current stock availability

• Whether the item requires assembly or modification

• The time the order is received

Most courier deliveries arrive on the next working day, although delivery may occasionally take between one and two working days.

Customers with urgent requirements should contact the Marantec UK team as early as possible so that stock and despatch options can be confirmed.

Which Products Are Available for Immediate Despatch or Collection?

Standard stock items ordered during the morning can usually be despatched on the same day, particularly where they are required for an emergency breakdown.

Products that are already available off the shelf will generally be quicker to prepare than items requiring assembly, modification or additional production work.

Availability can vary, so customers should always confirm the product and required timeframe with the Marantec UK team before making collection or delivery arrangements.

Can You Ship My Order Out the Same Day?

Same-day despatch depends on both the product and the time the order is placed.

Off-the-shelf stock items can often be processed and despatched quickly. Products that require assembly, modification or input from the Production team will usually need additional time.

The Sales team will confirm availability and timing with Production before making a commitment, helping ensure customers receive realistic information about when an order can be prepared.

What Time Is the Final Courier Collection?

The final courier collection from Marantec UK is normally between 2:45pm and 3:00pm.

Orders intended for same-day despatch should therefore be placed and confirmed as early as possible. This gives the team enough time to check stock, prepare the goods and complete any required documentation before the courier arrives.

What Time Do Couriers Deliver?

Courier deliveries are generally made between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Most orders arrive on the next working day, although delivery can sometimes take between one and two working days.

Courier delivery times are not controlled directly by Marantec UK, so customers should allow for the full delivery window when arranging access or ensuring somebody is available to receive the goods.

Can You Have an Order Ready for Me to Collect?

Yes. When sufficient notice is provided, the Marantec UK team can prepare an order for collection.

Providing advance notice gives Sales, Warehouse and Production time to:

• Confirm availability

• Prepare the correct products

• Complete any required assembly

• Organise the relevant paperwork

• Ensure the order is ready when the customer arrives

Requests made at short notice will need to be confirmed with Production before collection can be arranged.

What Are the Warehouse Collection Hours?

The Marantec UK warehouse is open for collections during the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am–4:45pm

• Friday: 8:00am–3:30pm

Customers should aim to collect their order no later than 30 minutes before closing.

This allows sufficient time for the Warehouse team to locate the order, complete the handover and resolve any final queries before the site closes.

What Are Marantec UK’s Office Opening Hours?

The Marantec UK office is open:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–5:15pm

• Friday: 8:30am–4:00pm

Customers can contact the team during these hours for help with product availability, quotations, order updates, delivery arrangements and collection requests.
