Job Title: Business Development Manager (South)
Reports to: Sales Director

Job Summary:
As Business Development Manager you will focus on driving business growth by developing new and existing customers. Alongside developing new business from existing customers, you will build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This involves market research, lead generation, and networking. You will collaborate with international technical and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Responsible for tracking sales performance and addressing where potential downturns may appear, analyzing market trends, keeping abreast of our competitors place in the market, and contributing to the overall business strategy.
Package:
Competitive basic salary: £40K - £45K commensurate with experience, with a target-based bonus scheme. Company car, mobile phone, and laptop provided.
